Our Story

UGCer's was founded in March 2023,  discovered the need for UGC on demand.  After heading up the marketing team for over 6 years at an in-house, luxury brand, Riina realised how difficult it was for some brands to create content in house, and also how difficult it was to naturally acquire User Generated Content.  Riina recognised UGC to be the highest performing content across all channels including email, social and product pages, but getting this content on demand from customers was difficult.

Riina left her full time job to start up UGCer's, a full service-UGC management agency, and now the agency has a database of over 500+ trusted content creators.  Riina manages all of the UGC process from sourcing, briefs, through to delivery of the content with our creators.
